Led by founder Teneille Francois, Browtisan officially launched in 2016 to meet the demand that had outgrown her private home studio. Teneille discovered her passion for cosmetic tattooing through her own brow enhancement experience several years ago.

Having mastered the art of natural permanent makeup under the guidance of nationally and internationally accredited artists, she has since developed a reputation for her signature lamination technique and natural, healed cosmetic tattoo results, especially known for her fluffy brow look.

Teneille's dedication to providing natural results and delivering high-quality work is evident in her gallery, which showcases bespoke brows and luscious lip blush.

Since founding Browtisan Cosmetic in 2016, she has consistently exceeded expectations and continues to welcome both returning and new clients, ready to transform their lives through her signature styles, keen eye for precision, and commitment to achieving natural results.

Meet Jessie

Jessie’s journey in the beauty industry began as she sought to expand her brow and lash lift skills while completing a diploma in beauty therapy. Along the way, her love for eyebrows blossomed, leading her to specialise in cosmetic tattooing at Browtisan Cosmetic.

As a valued member of the Browtisan family for many years, Jessie has gathered extensive hands-on experience and has in depth knowledge of skin anatomy. Jessie's soft and friendly approach will make you feel welcomed and relaxed during your treatments at Browtisan.
